quick New Year's party favors

A quick trick I have learned from my grandmother. When you want to make something great within a certain time-frame, use the closest and simplest objects at hand.
This is why YOU can also make these party favors and as a bonus they will be perfectly ready to be gifted tonight!

For my detailed tutorial check Breslog.

Happy New Year!

Christmas Whishes

I wish you joy, love and the coziest times spent together with those you cherish most. I hope you will get to eat creamy cakes and drink good wine, but most of all I wish you to be able to let go of all your day to day musts and listen to those around you, hear them truly... their stories about the past years, their greatest fears and their happiest moments...

Merry Christmas to you, my wonderful family, my dearest  friends and all Jasmin Blanc admirers! I owe this wonderful year to you entirely. And for this I am ever so grateful!

ceramic cat bells for Christmas

Ornaments keep flowing...I'm on fire! :)) I guess I just didn't realize I had made this many! I was mesmerized by all the possibilities and somehow the clay itself inspired me, and something within kept me moving. I absolutely love it! Christmas. Decorations. Tree ornaments. Christmas carols. Some snow would be welcome, but its scent quickly sweeps into my hair as I exit the apartment. I like December. I do not, however, like winter at all, as a season. But December...Oh this one is something else... <3 p="">
Ornaments for the child within...

Thank you for all the wonderful response on my work this holiday season! I am overwhelmed by your appreciation and you cannot imagine how grateful I am for all your support!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

last set of firings

This week I will be doing the last set of firings for the current year. I can't even believe that this year is already approaching to its end...so many things have happened I get tired only thinking about them. My goodness! I loved it all as it was. Challenging is the best word I could describe it. Both on the emotional level and in my physical world.

Coming home feels so right. For the first time in my life! There is nothing as precious as this feeling and I am incredibly grateful to be able to finally feel and cherish this wonderful new emotion.

a wish

... my journey has brought me back home again. And yet again it takes me away, even though this time it is at least within the same country. I hope with all my heart, that the day will come, when I find my way back again and settle here. I like these hills and I love the smell of the seasons.
Witnessing the waking of the sun at the very start of the day is one of the greatest blessings in life.
